Surf Course Conditions

Surfing is a strenuous activity that requires those taking part to have a reasonable standard of swimming and fitness. All course members must be able to swim at least 50 meters. When booking, we ask that you declare any medical conditions relating to the people covered by your booking. We cannot accept any responsibility for any condition not disclosed. No one should participate in any surfing lesson if they suffer from a heart condition or if they are pregnant. Course members must in no circumstances be under the influence of any alcohol, drugs or medication at the time of the lesson which may adversely affect their physical abilities.

 

There will be no refund for surfing activities cancelled due to weather and waves conditions. In this case, we will offer optional activities.

 

There will be no refund for surfing activities cancelled due to accidents or participants with physical exhausting.

 

All participants of surf courses are covered by a sports accident insurance.

 

Booking terms

In order to book any of our services, we require that you fill in the booking form. After receiving your booking, we will send you an email containing the booking availability and the total final amount.

 

After your confirmation we send you a voucher with all the contracted services and booking info.

 

In order to finish the booking process the reservation fee must be paid - 100€ per person (reservation fee). The limit for the reservation fee payment is 5 days.

 

When the reservation fee arrives to our bank account we send you the invoice and the booking process is finished. 

 

The rest of the amount can be paid before your arrival by the options written below, or can also be paid after your arrival, on our surf base, in cash. Sorry, no credit cards. Cash machines are available.

After transferring the deposit payment you need to send us an email or fax with the bank transfer confirmation.

 

PAYPAL - In this case, we send to your e-mail box the paypal invoice with the payment instructions.

 

Booking Cancellations Terms 

In the case of a booking cancellation up to 20 days before the arrival, we return the reservation fee, minus 25 € for administrative expenses. 

 

If the booking cancellation is made during the final 20 days before the arrival, we don't return the deposit fee but we give you the chance to use the same deposit with other dates.

 

Arrival

If you’re just coming for surf courses and you arranged your own accommodation, we recommend that you contact us immediately after your arrival, to confirm your presence at the course, and the lessons schedules.
