Here at Ripar Surf School, we believe that yoga is for everyone. Whether it is your first day stepping onto the mat or your hundredth, we have a class for you.

Yoga and surfing are the perfect combinations. Improving balance and strength, and learning breathing techniques are all pillars of yoga that will help you become a better surfer.

We all know surfing can be hard on our bodies. Yoga postures and stretches can restore balance back to the body and relieve muscle tension caused by surfing.

By practising yoga, we take care of our bodies – meaning we can surf better and surf longer.

We're based at the heart of the famous Portuguese Silver Coast. Here, on every road, by every seaside village and in every corner of the roller interior, there is a lifetime of emotions waiting to be experienced.
